MIT Group was established in 2008. We are one of the leaders in salt
mining and exporting in Egypt. Our mining area from North Sinai, Siwa and
Our Factories are based in Belbes, Sharkaya, and North Sinai Egypt. We produce
rock salt for various industrial purposes (raw salt, washed salt, crushed salt).
MIT Group is a Family Egyptian company specializing in processing
different types of salt (De-icing – Industrial and Table Salt ...Etc). with production
capacity processes and packages more than 200,000 tons of salt for various
applications. The products differ in purity, grain size, moisture
content, and packaging, depending on customer request.

of agents and suppliers globally, who look up to us and take the advantage
we offer them by trading with us. We are producing and supply most of salt
products used primarily in food ingredients, chemical processing, oil field
drilling and production fluids, de-icing, hide curing, agricultural feeding,
commercial, industrial, and residential water softening, and chlorine
generation in swimming pools
